Hi, in this video I show you how to do a great walking exercise to help tone and tighten your butt (gluteus maximus muscles), legs (quadricep muscles) and stomach (abdominal muscles), especially your oblique muscles.     That really depends on how long you want to exercise. You can do it for 5-10 minutes to warm up for more intense aerobics or you can do it while you are out walking and jogging. It very versatile and works a lot of muscle groups including your heart!
