What exercises can I lose thigh and stomach fat indoors without spending any money?

I’m a little chubby in the tummy and thigh area. I’m an indoor, busy person who doesn’t have time to go out to exercise. I don’t want to spend money on drugs, exercising videos, and any other sort of equipment. What exercises can I do indoors that can help me lose the fat in the stomach and thigh areas, or, if that’s not possible, all the areas altogether?

If you have satelite Tv, there is a channel called Fit tv. They have many different shows from yoga to cardio. My friend lost 30 lbs doing the show called "shimmy" (belly dance). I think this is the best way to lose weight without going to the gym.

    For your abs do crunches, full sit ups, half sit ups, leg lifts. Yes if you are targeting a certain area it will help to loose fat. For your thighs do leg lifts, squats, and those forward drop things.

    What you’re trying to do is called "spot-loss" and is pretty much a myth. It is impossible to target certain areas specifically for fat loss, unfortunately. In order to lose fat in the areas you have specified, you would have to lose weight altogether.

    There are a lot of products out there that claim they will help you lose weight in specific areas but they are more than less a scam, so it’s good you don’t want to spend any money.

    Unfortunately you are somewhat limited by the fact that you want to stay indoors without purchasing any equipment. Not all is lost however…

    If you have some stairs you could go up and down them for 25minutes a day. This will tone your glutes and legs, as well as burn calories resulting in fat loss.

    You can do push ups which will tone your chest, arms, and stomach.

    You can do various forms of sit ups and leg raises which will tone your stomach, neck (believe it or not), hip flexors, etc…

    You can do lunges, which will tone your legs and glutes.

    You can do squat jumps, which will tone your legs and glutes.

    There are various other exercises as well that will tone back, arms, legs, stomache, etc… without the need for equipment or video.

    Ultimately, however, if you want to lose fat you will need to get your heart rate up to it’s "fat burning" rate for 30-60 minutes daily (ideally)/ But remember, even a little is better than nothing!
