How do i lose stomach fat and get a two pack and lose leg fat?

I am turning fourteen this year. I weigh sixty and I am 5′3 and a half. I have okay legs but the top of them are pretty fat and my stomach is a tiny bit overweight. I want to lose that. But i do not know how. I want to be healthy though. what exercises and diet would help me. My friend is super skinny but she starved herself :s…i couldnt do that anyway to tempting to eat.

You can not target fat loss. The key is diet diet and exercise.

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.

Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

So Example :

Monday – 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday – 1 hour lifting
Wednesday – Rest
Thrusday – 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday – 1 hour lifting
Saturday – Rest
Sunday – 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

    you can do runnning,jogging,or walking 4 times a weeks that helps with both the stomach and legs and you can also do yoga that can help a lot with the legs because it gets them nice and toned.you need to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and don’t eat so much processesed foods

    u cant be fat…..but if u meant 160 jus work out till your exhausted and barely move. if u have a heater crank that sucker up
    if u dont have weights just do lots of crunches, body builders, just all types of calistenics. and cut down on sugar, instead of pop drink water and eat right. stay commited you will get there

    its actually quite simple to know how to lose weight, the hard part is actually doing it!!!!
    start by going on just 10 minute runs in the mornings at a comfortable pace
    then slowly build your way up to 15 mins
    then 20
    then 25
    then keep doing 30 but time yourself and work on your speed (thats how i train for all my cross country comps:))
    also DONT GET INTO FOLLOWING FADS
    it might seem hard at first but just simply say a big noooo to junk food
    eat lots of fruit + veggies
    and ask your parents to help encourage you to get healthier
    +and dw im the exact same age as you:) & ur growing so don’t get too carried away and start starving urself lol:D
