i have this machine at my gym and i wont go near it because when we first got it in i somebody got hurt real bad when it slipped out of their hands and hit them in the groin i still havent seen that guy since and he was a workout fanantic

this looks like a stellar work out, i only wonder if it would work better if you were less explosive and being at less of a risk of hurting yourself by going slower.
in addition with, if you did not have a weight machine or gym membership, would the same techniques work with a slosh tube?
