Need help getting rid of belly fat?

I’m not trying to lose a bunch a weight i just want to get build up slightly for this summer. I can’t afford expensive weights but i’m up for suggestions on how to lose weight and maybe even work out with home appliances.

Stop eating the fatty foods you indulge on, jog a few times during the week, drink LOTS of water, eat salads, fruits and veggies. You should be good to go by summer. Good luck!

    sit ups are the best to tighten up your stomach. also, try crunches and drinking lots of water. water sheds weight.

    cardio.. i used to do 3 reps of 200 crunches a day and it didn’t do much for me because i didn’t have any cardio in my work out.

    start in a phisical activity. run a half of a mile and work your way up to more twice a week. also, do not eat food that has alot of sugars or fat thx,

    I have the same problem. I have a little belly, and just wanna loose it for summer, so I look good in a swimsuit. I read a lot about loosing belly fat and stuff online. Doing crunches, reverse crunches, and excises like that will be able to help tone the muscles there once you loose the fat. The best way to loose the fat is to have a healthier diet, so that the fat goes away. And doing cardio activity helps a lot in loosing the fat as well.

    Jog in the mornings and do push-ups when you get home, push-ups work wonders for belly fat, and drink 8 glasses of water (or 4 16 oz. bottles) per day. The water helps flush out anything that doesn’t need to be in your system and gets your body used to being constantly hydrated so you’ll stop retaining water weight

    Walk, walk, walk! All you need is a good pair of walking/cross trainers shoes. Start slow and build yourself up to go farther and faster at least 30 minutes every day. Crunches will help tone and firm your abs. Check out websites for specific exercises to target ALL abdominal muscles. Be careful to these correctly so as not to injure your back or neck.

    All you really have to do is eat lots of fruit and veggies. drink lots and lots of water [2L is the amount you need per day], and exercise.
    For exercise, running is great. Since you pull energy from your core [abs] when you run, you should probably do crucnhes and/or sit-ups. Good luck!

    I know how you feel.

    What I do is that I have been drinking green tea lately everyday. Not the hot green tea but the Lipton Green Tea w/ Citrus. If you do the Diet then that would be great too because it contains 0 calories.

    Green Tea is good because of its anti-oxidants in green tea that naturally burns calories even when you don’t notice it. Personally I saw results after a week and this is not include me exercising 2-3 times a week.

    When it comes to eating anything then I eat apples, eggs in the morning because the protein fills you up more so than bread. If anything in the bread section then eat oats because it is good for the heart and just like eggs it is a slow burn that makes you feel full. These are not crazy foods that you have to search hard for. Hoped I helped to answer your question. =]

    I’m in the same position. I’ve just cut out any sort of fizzy drink and fatty food. Instead I’m just drinking bottles of water constantly throughout the day and milk occasionally. Small meals, consisting of vital substances like carbs etc are important so salads, pasta’s with light sauces.
    I’m also running about 2/3 miles a night which is going well. Nothing’s happened yet but I’m just staying patient. Let me know how you get on!

    Target weight loss is not valid. You have to lose over all fat to lose weight. To lose your weight, start walking. Walk everyday 30 – 60 minutes. If you can jog, do intermittent workouts. Walk 4 minutes and jog for 1 minute.

    To tone your abs, crunches and leg thrusts work great. But if you have fat on your abs, doing too many will push your stomach out and make it look worse. Instead do no more than 30 of each per day.
    Crunches done correctly exert force on your upper abs. You only lift your shoulder blades off the ground.
    Leg thrusts are when you are laying on your back with your knees bent and feet sticking straight out. Then extend your legs out until your knees lock, then pull back. Do with both legs at the same time and you will feel the burn.

    Diet is very important, Fruits and vegetables are great. Whole grains are great as well. Salads are fine but don’t overload it with cheese, meat, or dressings. Vinaigrette are the best for low calories. Watch what you eat because low calorie or fat free usually add salt to make up for the taste. Proteins like natural peanut butter and egg whites are great for eating. No high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, or aspartame. Sugar free is not the best. Instead buy it if it has sugar alcohol which is what Splenda is.

    Fads like acai berry or other so called great magic weight loss drugs are not that great. What they claim are free can cost you hundreds of dollars in shipping and being billed for the service even though it was free. They call it processing fees. It was just on the news about that.
