Search for the ‘ab diet’ online it’s a book that has the best exercises and foods for flatter abs. Try women’s health magazine online- they did an article last summer on it. It includes such foods as: almonds, peanut butter, fruits, and oatmeal
No matter what you eat you’ll need to do cardio!

The best food to eat is : fruits and veggies, grain, milk produces, meat [non-fat], and keep the body highdrated by drinking lots of water. Well you just to eat healthy! Do not go on a diet because thay are bad for your health!!

My friend used the following formula:
Food: Eat less.
Exercise: Three times a day, after eating a small amount, put both hands on the edge of the table, push until arms are straight, stand up and walk away.
It worked; he lost four stones in weight!

avoid chewing gums, smoking and drinking alcohol. Also take food high in calcium-such as milk- cause it really helps!!

There are not really certain foods for getting rid of belly fat, but definately get rid of starches: rice, pasta, potatoes, etc.
Bicycle crunches are best (lab proven) ab/belly workout.
