What are some good exercises for abs with an exercise ball?

i am a girl aged 15 i play alot of sport and want to strengthen my abs mainly lower abs. ~The equptment i have is an exercise ball and 1.5kg,3kg and 5kg weights. Any other good exercises i could try for legs, butt, arms etc please help :D

For your legs and butt, nothing works like the lunge. If you do sports, I’m sure you know how to do a lunge. Try doing 10-15 of those across a hallway or something. Also good for legs and butt are squats. Don’t let your knee go past your ankle, instead act like you’re lowering your butt to sit on a chair. You can add the handweights to either of these exercises. For abs, try leg lifts. Lay on your back and lift the legs (keeping them straight) 10 times up (try to get a 90 degree angle) 10 times to the left, and 10 times to the right. Push ups, while they aren’t the most fun exercise, are awesome for your arms and abs. Have fun!

When you follow the six ab muscles load up diet plan plan, you must limit your calorie intake to 1600 calories from fat per day. You have to eat MUFA or monosaturated fatty acid and also you need to consume every 4 hours simply because depending on the diet strategy, this really is enough to remove stubborn fats particularly within the midsection of your entire body.
