When I got out of school a little more than a year ago, I took a year off to do a whole lotta nothin.
I put on around 20-30 lbs that I need to lose now that I’m getting on my feet =X
I’d really appreciate it if I can get some good exercises to lose stomach fat (and maybe thigh and ass fat lol)
I don’t know anything about health and fitness, so please help me out! Thanks!
I’m not a heavy set person. I was skinny, but still in average weight before, but now if I don’t start exercising soon, I’ll be over weight and that doesn’t work with someone as vain as myself lol
If you’re not a heavy sport person then start on some aerobic exercises such as jogging or swimming, they work pretty well – I’ve experienced it myself As you progress you should try to push yourself that little bit more so that you can also lose that little bit more. If you don’t like repetitive exercises then try a team sport like soccer, basketball, touch football, etc.
good luck!

I have been trying to lose all my stomach fat for a while now. I admit that I haven’t been too motivated on it. Does anyone have any methods for losing weight? I would like to lose at least 20 pounds by next summer.
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

i used to have a pretty flat stomach with a slight bit of six pac but
now its all fat and sticking out.
But if i do things like crunches, Just feel like im gunna get the muscle back so if i stop my exercise, the fat would come back,,
is there a way to rid just stomach fat and not fats from other parts of the body , without getting muscles?
I would suggest doing Cardio..and some ab work. I don’t think it will be that easy to just get muscle without losing the fat. Once you gain muscle it will be burning the fat. Of course, watch your diet. If you’re eating a high fat diet no matter how much you crunch the fat will remain. I would also incorporate more fiber in to your diet. I don’t know if you store most of your fat in your upper body, it seems like you might. You also say you don’t want to lose fats from other parts of the body. Again, I would start with cardio and you will lose from other parts of your body but if you incorporate weight lifting in other parts of your body it should help you balance out to not lose mass.

I have a layer of fat around my stomach and waist that I just can’t shred off even with years of running 5 miles 3 times a week. Is there anything else I can do to blast the adipose tissue?
when it comes to abs ,it s so important to focus on sit ups and crunches i mean those types of exercises that s helpful for stomach
but running is awesome for the lower body .

i do a lot of gym work, and a lot of abdominal exercise’s, i eat healthy. however i just cant seem to flatten my stomach as it sticks out quite a bit. and i wanna do this without losing to much weight, i just want to target my stomach as this is the only place with fat on my body!
Lots of cardio exercises. Do interval training meaning you go fast then slow. Also pilates is a great exercise program that targets the stomach and lowert back.

My abs are rock hard right now, but you can barely see my six-pack. I want them to stand out even more–for me to do that, I need to lose a couple pounds of stomach fat. How would I go about doing that?
eat 150 g of carbs a day, drink more water, get more cardio, eat more protein and less unhealthy fats.

Hi, I had a baby over a year ago and even though I’ve lost all my weight everywhere, I still have a bit of a bulge in my stomach that I want to get rid of. My goal is to lose 5lbs in that area. I do exercise by power walking and I do crunches with my daughter (fun!) but what foods should I eliminate from my diet or eat more of to finally get rid of this fat?
Food won’t eliminate body fat. You can eat a lot of fruits, veggies, milk, and lean meats like chicken and pork, but you need to incorporate exercise to burn fat.
Food won’t do it.

Or in other words, is it possible to loose stomach fat just by doing muscle exercises and healthy diet, or is lots of walking, cycling (medium to high cardio) also necessary?
the truth of the matter is that you need to do cardiovascular exercises and abdominal exercises. the cardio exercises(cycling running swimming) will burn off any fat and the abdominal exercises will build the muscle. also you need to eat healthily. visit http://www.ab-core-and-stomach-exercises.com/abdominal-exercises.html and that hould get you started

My stomach has gotten larger but i haven’t really put on any weight, my weight fluctuates 1 to 2 kilos. I press down through a little stomach fat, about a centimeter, then hit muscle but my stomach is bigger than the layer of fat over muscle. I hate the way it looks because i am only a small person, i only weigh 50 kilos so it is quite noticeable. It has been this way for quite a few months and i have no way of knowing if it is bloating or fat.
there is never fat under muscle. only over it. if your stomach is taut or hard to the touch it is bloating. if not then it is fat.

Go to http://BuildMuscleBurnFat.info/ my FREE workout plan Build Muscle and Burn Fat FAST AS HELL!
The keys to getting rid of belly fat”
You can have the greatest, most muscular set of abs in the world, but if they are blanketed by a layer of body fat, who cares. In order to rid yourself of the extra body fat around your midsection, you need to incorporate effective cardio sessions into your fitness plan. You cannot spot-reduce the midsection by doing extra ab exercises like crunches or sit-ups. You first must burn off the body fat through proper cardio to properly define the area.
Abdominal training by itself will not do much. Cardio needs to be intense enough to do the trick. Three to four sessions a week of intense jogging, running, the Stairmaster, the elliptical, jumping rope, or biking should be enough to get the process in gear. Swimming, hiking, and taking aerobics classes are beneficial as well. Nothing beats jogging or running. It is the most intense, efficient, and effective method of burning calories. If running outside hurts your joints, try running inside on a treadmill or outside on a dirt path. It definitely is easier on the body.
Again, you NEED three to four intense cardio sessions a week to help create a calorie deficit and help rid the body of the fat that covers your abs.
Proper Nutrition:
Do not sabotage your results in the gym by giving yourself a passport to pig out. Ridding the body of fat once and for all is accomplished by proper nutrition more so than incorporating cardio. At the end of the day, if you have consumed more calories than you have expended, you add body fat. So you need to burn more calories than you consume.
Nutrition is important because you can reduce the amount of calories you take in, therefore greatly having an effect on the amount which you have to expend through cardio. Eat five to six small, well-balanced meals spaced apart about every three to four hours. Try to keep something healthy on hand.
If not, when you become real hungry, you will opt for something that isn’t as good for you. When you become overly hungry, all rational thinking goes out the window.

Go to http://bit.ly/n6EdS & I will teach YOU little known Nutrition Principles that will force you to gain muscle & lose fat faster than ever. I started passionately studying what lean people were doing in 1981 because my waistline was 40 inches. I have learned a lot since then. I am now in the best shape of my life at the age of 44.
My waistline is now 31 inches. Nutrition is 60-70% of your fat loss / muscle gain program. Follow me & I will teach you exactly how to eat for your body type, activity level, starting point, & your goals.
Go to http://bit.ly/n6EdS to learn about my FatLoss LifeStyle System. I believe that it is one of the most time efficient, results orientated fitness / fat;loss programs on the market today.
You can work-out till your blue in the face but if you do not incorporate Interval Cardio (done first thing in the morning in a fasted state), intense functional multi-joint, compound exercises, small healthy meals often with protein and carbs combined together, positive mindset, goal setting & social support (you will turn into who you hang around) you will not change your body much.
But if you do focus on the 5 pillars of fitness & health, you will radically change your waistline, your lifestyle, and your life.
YOUR ATTITUDE WILL DETERMINE YOUR ALTITUDE (how high you go in life)
YOUR WAISTLINE DETERMINES YOU ATTITUDE
GET A BETTER BODY; GET A BETTER LIFE!!
The main reason to workout abs is because strong abs will stabilize your lower back and prevent you from an injury; but as a side benefit a 6-pack looks great! Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding.
Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A couple of rubber bands & some good exercises is all it takes to get started with your home workouts. You do not need any equipment.
In fact most of the clubs are wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars on equipment that is making peoples bodies less functional and worse off. I highly advice you to pick one mentor at a time, limit your information, train hard & smart, and expect success!!
Some of the people that I respect are Tom Venuto & Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle, Craig Ballantyne & Turbulence Training, Mike Geary & Six Pack Abdominal Program, Dr. Al Sears & his Pace cardio program, Dr. Mercola, & Depoch Chopra and his spirituality teachings
Just Do It!!

I exercise regularly and am in a pretty good shape. But I cant seem to get rid of my stomach fat or lose inches around my waist. What should I do that doesnt cost me a lot of money?
Keep exercising focus on cardio do a high protein and low carb diet. Weight comes of the body evenly, meaning you won’t lose weight off a certain spot. You can do thousands of sit-ups but that won’t make you loose weight off your stomach, do sit-ups but combine in with cardio.

I have stomach fat and I was just wondering i wanted to loose fat but while gaining muscles and get toned. I was wondering what kind of work out plan i should do everyday to accomplish this in the fastest time possible. Thanks.
Lose fat: diet + cardio
Build muscle: weight-bearing/resistance exercise
If you want to do it really fast, find a doctor who’ll prescribe you steroids and meth.

I want to know other types of excercise that can get rid of the little belly fat beside crunches and sit ups. I started to do jump roping but i don’t know if it is helpful to reduce the stomach fat. Any help?
Sit ups and crunches don’t burn body fat. If you have a layer of fat over your abs and you work those muscles (the burn your feeling is your ab muscles fatiguing, not fat burning) your abs will build up and will actually push your fat out farther making you appear fatter! Stick with some resistance training like weight training, squeeze in some cardio ( jumping rope is an awesome fat burner), and clean the diet up. The trick is to get the metabolism up.With these simple things you can sport an amazing body. Good luck!

I have a lot of fat around my stomach but not around my legs or arms or face… Why did that happen and how can I get rid of it?
I’m working on the same thing. But it is oh so difficult to do those sit-ups and that is a good way to get rid of it. About 30 mins. each day. Ever thought of getting an AB Lounger, cause that’s what I’m gonna do. I think it will be easier.

Okayy well I’m 12 1/2 and I weight about 110 pounds. I am like 5′3. I dont think that I’m fat but I do think i need to do something. My arms are like twig thin, but my stomach gains all the weight. Like my stomach looks like im getting pregnant. [potbelly] I want to be able to wear a bikini during the summer which is coming soon. And think i look good while wearing it. Is there any excersises i can do to get rid of the fat. Or a food to stop eating. [i eat pretty much anything & everything] Thanks!!
woahh me and u r like the same ! im almost 12, 5′3 and like 112 pounds
haha cool.
but yeahh
wat i do is this…and trust me it works, ive been doin it for about a month now….
u lay on ur back, and put like a medicine ball between ur feet (thats wats suggested to use) but i use a big heavy shampoo bottle instead. lol but it works just the same, cuz its big and heavy.
put whatever u use between ur feet.
u lift ur legs about halfway up when ur laying down, then once theyre up u lift ur arms up and grab wats between ur feet. then u slowly bring both ur legs and arms down keeping ur back flat on the ground and squeezing ur stomach. then u raise ur legs up, then arms, grab wats in ur hands with feet and repeat.
i do that whenever im watchin tv and its a commercial break.
IT FLATTENS UR BELLY GOOD
i also do the special k diet whenever i wana lose like 3 or 4 pounds.
with that u buy special k cereal (i really really like the chocolate and strawberry kind..and my mom likes the vanilla) and eat that replacing one or 2 meals. and u can also get the meal bars for snacks or replacing a meal too. i like the chocolate drizzle.
then just eat the 3rd meal regularly for 2 weeks. u can lose up to 6 pounds but i cheat sometimes so i dont lose as much.
if u dont wana do that just eat like oatmeal for breakfast, fruit for snacks, and an egg for protein replacing another meal. thatll help u slim out too. oh and drink A LOT of water..it helps too.
along with green tea. both of those 2 things help more than u cud imagine!
well i hope it helps u, it works for mee!

I am a decent size with a nice shape other than my love handles and stomach. How do I shed the fat without losing weight all over also. I would like a more rounded butt that sticks out more, how can I achieve this?
try toning the abdominal and oblique muscles, you can get exercises on the internet or if you go to a gym ask an employee.
if you lose fat then you will lose it from everywhere.
