What is the best workout for lower abs?

I have no trouble working out my top four abs, but what is good to workout the lower two. I used to have that V and some definition but I gained a few lbs and want to get them back.

Hang from a chin up bar and bring your knees up to your chest. Raise them up in a slow controlled manner and slowly lower them back down. Do 4 sets of 20 reps.

Hey seriously if you have the money… Invest in an ab contour. I don’t care what exercise you do for your lower abs this is the best way to go. No S*it it really works. The muscles you have on your side, I’m sorry I don’t know too much about muscles, but it gets them too. Top, lower, sides, whatever, It dominates all manual workouts. I love it, but only thing is it was $199.00 but if you have the money definitely grab yourself one. It’s well worth the money. I seriously have not done one sit-up since I got it and although I still do not have like a raging 6 pack. My stomach is very very tone and you can definitely see something is starting to come in. I only use it about 3 times a week anymore. And still to this day when I wake up the next day after using it I can barley get out of bed. Check out this guys lens on squidoo. He talks about it pretty highly.

    1. Hang from a chinup bar and bring your knees up
    2. Leg lifts: lie on the ground and raise your legs up slowly and put them slowly back down.
(If you want a challenge, cross and uncross your feet while bringing your legs up and down.)
