How to get abs or flatten the stomach??

I was wondering if anyone had tips or knew ways to help flatten your stomach. I’m not fat but I wanted to get rid of my pooch on my stomach. Thanks!!

First you should do a massive cleanse to rid yourself of excess waste in your intestines. You’d be surprised to see how flat it becomes after that.

Then, like any muscle, you have to work it. Crunches on the ball are wonderful. They work all sides and help your legs too.

    I am also trying to get rid of stomach pooch. I haven’t had luck with anything I’ve tried so far.

    I’ve tried excessive sit-ups (hundreds a night), just generally losing weight (cutting carbs, running every night), and reserve crunches.

    Nothing has worked so far. Losing weight on the stomach is hard to do because women naturally store weight there.

    the bridge pilates.. i can hold it up to 5 min. now you should check out my abs start with 1 min. tho

    best thing is situps and pressups.

    any exercise that you can feel tightning tum will be tightning your tum.

    also i do yoga which helps.

    recently i got the new wii fit that is exelent you have a personall trainer and tells you what exedrsices will do what and to where.

    Abdominal fat is the last portion of fat to go. One really needs to be very commited to do that. Virtually Fat free diet, with low carb especially with complex sugars, with balanced nutrition in respect to proteins,minerals & vitamins along with Exercise specially fat burning exercises like Jogging, cycling, swimming, will help you to loose fat over abdomen, but toning exercise for Abs is better as these exercises removes Inches by toning.

    The best way to get a flat stomach is to use a combination of healthy diet, cardio exercise, and weight lifting. There is no way to specifically target just the belly
