Can anyone recommend the best workout for abs?

I am sick of doing crunches. Any other ideas?

go to a stretch and stregth dance class. you have to be very strong for dance and they work you very hard. if not that class just start dance classes and although you may not be lifting weights you get very fit. i mean look at all those skinny dancers out there! dancing must do something for you!

Pilates is full of loads of ab work!! You could research it online, or find a book at the library or bookstore.

lay flat on your back… extend out your legs but do not touch them to the ground then raise them up to a 90 degree angle (straight up in the air) then repeat several times

lay on your back and lift your legs a little bit off the ground while keeping your legs really straight. and see how long you can hold them up.

it might sound silly but a good thng to do is just tense your stomach muscles whenever you can , like when your in a line or something, or 20-second intervals in front of a mirror. can make all the difference.

other than that its hard to do anything else but crunches unless you’ve got equipment

sit-ups! also get into the deep side of a pool, place your arms on your head, and try to stay above the surface of the water, just pedaling with your legs. gud luck
