Great video, i created a youtube account JUST to tell you this is excellent. I was skeptical because i run 3 miles at the gym everyday and do some workout classes and not much makes me sore anymore, but i woke up today to go to class and WOW my booty and quads are sore. A+++ thanks alot for this at home exercise routine! (btw i did the minimum reps of 12 and still got awesome results)

these workouts do work cuz i been doin them from another video i seen on butt lifting and rounding and i been doin it for 3 weeks now and my butt is startin to shape and firm and lift and get rounder. it takes some time but by summer if u keep being consistant u should see a big difference
