Fitness Tips Anyone?
I am a 12 and a half year-old boy. I am wondering how to get into shape, like abs and stuff. I’m not trying to be a HUGE bodybuilder or anything, just want to be in shape and lose that flab. I currently weigh about 108 lbs. Is anyone willing to be like my personal trainer? I want someone who really cares, and that is willing to give me advice almost anytime.
