Can Exercise Make You Feel More Full?

By a simple food-in/energy-out model, a run on the treadmill or swim in the pool should make you want to eat more. But recent findings have suggested that exercise can actually help to slow overeating. And a new study presents evidence that the body’s physiologic response to exercise can help retune the nervous system’s cues and make the body feel less hungry, rather than more so. [More]

Why do doctors say to drink lots of water when you are constipated, doesn't it just make you feel more bloated?
I took some medication that made me really constipated, I drink lots of water anyways, exercise regularly and drink aloe vera juice and also take a fiber supplement. Nothing seems to help except enemas but I don’t want to get used to taking those. I have been drinking lots more water but now I just feel more full and bloated, what can I do?Why do doctors say to drink lots of water when you are constipated if it makes you feel more bloated?

Water helps all bodily processes so I’m assuming it would help "pass it along".

It dilutes your blood to filter out your colon as well as kidneys which in turn allows your bowels to move more smoothly as well as your urinary passages.

Water is one of the most essential ways your body uses to remove waste from its system. Also, if you can handle it, drink some prune juice. The sugars in it open up your digestive tubes wider so that stuff slips right through.

Drinking enough water helps maintain digestive health, strong hair, toned muscles, and overall fitness.

the reason why you are constipated in the first place, is because there isn’t enough moisture in your um..bum.. to make the poo come out easier than it should. When you drink water, the body absorbs it to keep the moisture in your body leveled.

Hmm this is my idea of why they do that..When youre constipated you cant release your bodies toxins…so when you drink a lot of water they can leave the body through proccess # 1 …so that the constipation will have a less bad effect on yoU :D

    Hello.
Drinking lots of water helps to flush out your system. When you are constipated your system is too dry to push the wastes in your body, so drinking water helps to liquidate matters. Sometimes the juice’s ingredients don’t all break down completely, so that could be adding to your constipation problem…talk with your Doc about this. Until your constipation problem goes away, you should probably stick with just the water. Talk with your Doc cause he/she may say that you can have certain other juices(like cranberry) that can also help(but you don’t get sick to death of it like when you just drink water all the time).
    Hope this helps! GuardDog

Water will help break it up so you can go.
You can also try Apple Juice or Prune Juice. They both will do the job!! Or you can always try some heavy veggies like corn or eat beans! lol

You need to get water into your intestines to get rid of the constipation (as you don;t have enough water down there)
