What is a good exercise and diet for abs?
I need quick results and i need it to work. Any pointers?
excersize:: Pilates. it is an excersize video, great instructions, comes from beginer to advanced, u get toned ALL over ur body, and loose extra weight. u can get it at target in the excersize section. also, I recommend, no SWEETS! NO SNACKING!! an try to eat less carbs unless u will be working out HARD.

what you should do is just get an exersise video and work out 2hors a day.do the whole video. or you could just go to the gym and work out there for 2 hours.whats the occasion?

Drink only water of course. No sweets, red meat needs to be limited. I suggest grilled chicken, turkey or fish. Try the Hip Hop Abs video. Other than that cardio and crunches.
