give me some good diet tips for my abs?
meal plan…
thanx
Well i don’t have time to do a day in day out plan just now,
i will add extra tomorrow
but for the time being i will say
eat lots of fruit + veg,
drink milk + water
also eat carbonates [fish bread pasta etc.],
and some fats (not too much),
basically a mixture of good foods (not just fruit) and a little bit of bad food
Hope That Helped
- i will be back

Avoid anything carbonated. Also calcium supplements are supposed to help reduce abdomen fat. And Omega-3’s. The more natural, less processed your food, the better overall for keeping your mid-section flab free. That means veggies, fruits, whole grains. Skip the ice cream, but good fats like avocados, nuts, olive oil are ok in moderation.

1. lose weight! it’s key to uncovering abs.
2. Do crunches, sit-ups, whatever, to define abs.
3. Limit empty calories (soda, junk food)
4. Drink LOADS of water
5. Eat protein, good carbs, good fat

You don’t need a meal plan, you need an exercise plan.
