I’m not fat, but I have more fat on my neck and stomach than I would like. I would like to get rid of it fairly quick to have a more tone stomach and chin. How should I go about getting rid of this?
just plain old exercise
to tone up your stomache
and fat is supposed to come off along with other fat when you exercise
idk if they actually work but for your neck there are youtube videos that show how to tone that up
if not then i guess you may have to go under the knife ? :d
here are other options..

im goin on vacation in 3 weeks and wanna look good! any ideas.
also any good ones for legs or love handles
you can not flatten abs in 3 weeks. most exercise and diet programs will take at least 6 weeks to see some results. Your body is a very complex system. doing a specific excercise, like sit ups, will take a change in your body before you start to see results.
first thing, is to eat right!
do you know how many calories you eat in a day?
you should, stay away from fat, and eat lots of protein and stay at a constant caloric intake for someone of your build/height.
When you loose fat, you do not loose it necessarily at the point of exercise. for example, if you do sit ups, although you will be building your ab muscles you might not loose the fat that is on the stomach versus the fat on you thighs, or hips. Each body is different and will store fat in various places.
Usually it will work in a reverse effect, if you gained wait at your hips, stomach, and then thighs, you will lose the fat around your thighs first, then stomach, then hips.
You must combine excercise with a healthy diet and in 4 to 6 weeks you may start seeing results after your matabolism starts to change. The good thing that goes along with excericise is that every time you build muscle you are adding to the effectiveness of your matabolism. Once you get to your desired weight and size, you can maintian your weight and body, just by excersicing 3 times a week for 30 minutes a day.
Until then, i would say do leg lifts, lay on you back and lift your legs, and try to excercise where you break a sweat at least 4 times a week Run, bike, swim, whatever. Pushing weights will be the only thing that will change your matabolism though, and is the best way to loose the weight FAST. Running and dieting alone, without weights will be affective but it will take much longer to see the results.

running for twenty minutes will tighten up your entire body.
crunches aren’t as effective as JackKnifes or the Plank Exercise.
You can find either one on google.

I had my second baby 6 mths ago and my stomach looks horrible. I need an ab routine that will help slim them down quickly since summer is almost here. I’m back down to my normal weight but none of my pants fit cause of my pudgy tummy. I use to do hit the spot abs with Denise Austin but I can’t find my video. HELP-I feel like I look pregnant still!!
ok forget what everyone else says if u do this routine everyday you will have a tight tummy in no time but dont get deepressed if you dont make it all the way through the first couple times ok

I want to get rid of about 5 pounds of stomach fat.
AFTER, I want to get the abs.
I’m afraid if I try for the abs with the fat still in place,
it’s just gonna turn into bulk. Or is that completely false?
Calorie intake?
Exercise?
Detoxing cleanses?
Supplement pills?
Ect.?
Thank you so much for your timee.
Getting a nice set of abs is such a misunderstood process. It’s actually a lot easier than most people think which is why most people are in a never ending quest to get that perfect six pack – it’s because they’re doing all the wrong things.
When you eat more calories than you burn, your body takes those extra calories and stores them as fat somewhere on your body. For some people, the #1 fat storage area is around the thighs and for others it might be around the stomach – it differs from person to person. Sometimes the fat is perfectly distributed around the body so it’s not as big of a concern.
If an excessive amount of fat is stored around your stomach, the reason that you’re not seeing your abs is because your body fat percentage is too high. What you need to do is create a calorie deficit (take in less calories than you burn) so that your body is forced to use its fat stores for energy. After a few weeks of doing this, you’ll notice that your abs will start to show.
You first step is to figure out how many calories you burn each day. Use this calculator http://calorieneedscalculator.com for an estimate. Now you need to increase the amount of calories you burn by exercising more and decreasing the amount of calories you eat. Cut out junk food such as fast food, candy and sugar. Eat foods that are high in fiber: bread and pasta made from 100% whole wheat, brown rice, oats, fruits and vegetables.
You shouldn’t ignore targeting your abs with sit ups, leg raises and twists but doing hundreds of sit ups won’t do anything about the layer of fat that is covering them. Cardio and calorie restriction should be your main focus. If you need more details on getting a six pack, visit The Guide to Getting Nice Abs – http://www.straightabs.com

I am a fairly healthy and fit person, but all of my life I have battled the ‘pouch’ of fat in my lower stomach. I’ve tried a lot of things, but not matter how much pilates and crunches I do, it persists.
Any ideas? I am receptive to both dietary changes and exercise. Thanks.
Simple exercises like walking, running, swimming and biking for 30-45 minutes a day help significantly in getting rid of belly fat.
Crunches help to strengthen the external muscles of the abdomen and the obliques. Basic and oblique crunches are very effective exercises to get rid of stomach fat.
Push-ups also workout the abdominal muscles and help in burning the fat in the stomach area.
A good diet supplements a good workout. Eat fiber-rich food, plenty of fruits and veggies and stay away from saturated fats. Drink plenty of water to flush your body and to keep you hydrated.

When I got out of school a little more than a year ago, I took a year off to do a whole lotta nothin.
I put on around 20-30 lbs that I need to lose now that I’m getting on my feet =X
I’d really appreciate it if I can get some good exercises to lose stomach fat (and maybe thigh and ass fat lol)
I don’t know anything about health and fitness, so please help me out! Thanks!
I’m not a heavy set person. I was skinny, but still in average weight before, but now if I don’t start exercising soon, I’ll be over weight and that doesn’t work with someone as vain as myself lol
If you’re not a heavy sport person then start on some aerobic exercises such as jogging or swimming, they work pretty well – I’ve experienced it myself As you progress you should try to push yourself that little bit more so that you can also lose that little bit more. If you don’t like repetitive exercises then try a team sport like soccer, basketball, touch football, etc.
good luck!

RIght, I am 14 years old and I am quite fit and I am toned all over. I wanted to increase the size of my muscles – mainly biceps, triceps, abs and pecks (I think that is what they are called :p)
I eat very healthly (I always have, not just lately because of the goverment etc) and I have a high metabolism – I have been told it runs in the family.
I also would like to increase my CV fitness so what type of running should I do, for how long, how fast etc.
I would also like excises working the areas mentioned above with:
How to do exercise?
How many reps?
How long should I rest for?
Any warm up and down tips?
I do not have any access to a gym only weights and the usual stuff that is lying round the house.
I am also wondering if any knows of any protein snacks and stuff I can eat. I always have atleast 2 glasses of milk a day – a kinda habit since I was young.
Thanks for all the help =D
This is what i do, it has done me good. Get yourself some dungbells (im 13 and i have some) get the heaviest ones then do 10 on each arm. After that have a rest drink or eat something with high protein (i recommend fish) then do 20 on each arm and eat something with energy try a bannana and keep on going up in 10s, just to remember to rest, so you dont rip your muscle

I want to start tracking my calories and how many calories I burn very closely, but I cannot find how many calories the "Hip Hop Abs" workouts burn. I’m hoping someone can help me out!
It’s around 350 odd calories per hour. Depending on the intensity.
