With so many people saying so many things about how to lose stomach fat, flatten your belly, firm your mid section and the list goes on; It’s no wonder there is confusion and failure among the masses.

What and how much you eat DOES MATTER! However, it does not have to be an agonizing change of life! Losing the exterior or unsightly excess fat can and IS actually done from the INSIDE OUT.

Let’s be real clear on how the process actually works without all the hype or magic bullet CRAP! I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised when you’re finished reading the next few paragraphs as they directly pertain to the plain and simple facts regarding this “fat loss & stomach tightening” issue for MEN & WOMEN ALIKE!

How many calories you ingest versus the number of calories you burn during any 24 hour period determines whether you will store fat or burn fat!! That’s right people nothing on this planet can do that job for you except YOUR OWN BODY! YOUR BODY will take in everything you give it and hold onto or retain it until such a time that it’s required for fuel. How hard and complex others make this simple fact is for their benefit NOT YOURS!!

Now, that being said… let’s look at something even more enlightening and potentially worse yet for you! When you try starving yourself during the course of the day or maybe even two or three days you not only disrupt your metabolism’s digestive cycle you create the illusion, within the mind to body cycle, that it must now retain everything for as long as possible because it does not know for certain if or when it will next receive nutrients! DON’T DO THIS!!

You can and should eat up to five small meals/snacks a day of whole food, high protein, oriented products! Yes, I have specific regimented caloric intake plans for all of you that want them. I will most certainly be sharing them and much more with you over time.

What I really want you to know is the following information:

It’s about ripping that core group of abs from the inside out. Beneath the fat there IS muscle and when I share with you how you only need to focus on a very small group of exercises for less than 15 minutes every day your entire thought process towards having a flatter more muscular mid section is going change dramatically! Your new thoughts will be focused on “I’M READY LET’S GET STARTED”!!

My own personal case study is living proof that at age 20 OR at age 45 it works exactly the same except to say…… “I think I looked much better at age 20″ LOL.
  
You see it does not matter what your starting weight is or what your age is (unless you’re under doctors orders NOT to exercise and the like) because “Rip the Core” literally cuts to the problem(s) that need to be immediately addressed. If you’re willing to start then we are already 90% there! I live by the motto “the hardest thing about running a mile is taking that first step”!!

Within 48 hours of taking the first step and implementing the IDEAL DIET which is the only other step required… THE RESULTS ARE FELT WITHIN THE LOCATION IT MATTERS MOST – IN THE CORE!

I can and will be breaking this down for you with an easy to follow “Body Success plan”! All you need to do is tell me NOW if you….

1. Have a desire to merely modify NOT change your current approach & set NEW goals

2. Control your caloric intake and outflow expenditure(s)

3. Establish proper eating habits that consist of a five times a day (snack/meal) regiment

4. And last is to invest “10 measly little minutes” of your time when you wake up in the morning and “5 more measly little minutes” before you go to sleep TO LOOK & FEEL GREAT IN NO TIME FLAT!!

I mean it! THAT’S ALL that is ever required and we will be doing it together!! That’s right you and I are going to accomplish something naturally that most people NEVER get!

Someone once told me it can’t be done and that person is now my biggest source of joy and happiness! Why… because they look the way they want to look, feel the way they want to feel and have been that way for over 20 years because they continue to follow this plan. It was just told to me the other day that
“I even get to indulge from time to time the way I want because I now know how to counteract my sinfully delightful poor choices”!

If you tell me that’s not a great story and one you want to experience BECAUSE ITS REAL, TANGIBLE AND EASILY ATTAINED WITH MINOR LIFESTYLE CORRECTION…. I can honestly say: that you probably should not even start and just keep seeking the “magic bullet” answers. Do as you and others have already done and I guarantee those similar results of….. lose weight fast and then gain it all back even faster.

Mother’s Pregnancy Weight Linked to Child’s Obesity

More than 26 percent of American adults were obese as of 2009–compared with less than 20 percent in 2000, according to a new report from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. And the number of U.S. states with more than 30 percent of their population topping a body mass index (BMI) of 30 tripled between 2007 and 2009. Extreme Function: Why Our Brains Respond So Intensely to Exaggerated Characteristics

If someone showed you a caricature of Richard Nixon–a man’s face with oversize shaggy eyebrows, a bulbous nose and pronounced jowls–you would probably recognize the former president immediately, even though the drawing is not true to life. A cartoonist creates such a sketch by taking the average of many male faces and subtracting it from Nixon’s face, then amplifying those distinctive differences. To an observer, the result looks more like Nixon than Nixon himself. Why is it that our brains respond so intensely to extremes?

When the cartoon’s “Nixon-ness” jumps out at you, you are experiencing what scientists call “peak shift.” To understand the concept, imagine, for argument’s sake, that you want to teach a rat to distinguish a rectangle from a square. It’s quite easy to do. Simply give the animal cheese every time it picks the rectangle, and it will soon learn to select the rectangle every time. Once the rat has developed this preference, let’s say you show it a longer, skinnier rectangle. Inevitably, you will find that the rat prefers the exaggerated one to the original. What the rat has learned to recognize is not a particular rectangle but rather rectangularity itself: the more rectangular the better. The savvy rodent looks at the longer, skinnier quadrilateral and goes, “Wow, what a rectangle!” In scientific parlance, the rat’s “peak response”–its strongest reaction–has shifted away from the original–hence the term “peak shift.”
